As a University of Texas at Austin alumna, Hanan has watched Austin evolve into an iconic and innovative hub of technology, arts, science, and sports entertainment. With two more degrees at the Juilliard School in NYC, she succeeded in an operatic career that allowed her to live all around the world and on both US coasts, celebrating other languages and a variety of cultures. Hanan built her successful solo music career on discipline, tenacity, and uncompromising excellence, qualities she now uses in her real estate profession.

A native Texan, Hanan has been part of the Austin music family and scene for years, performing with Austin Lyric Opera in her final years of UT undergrad, doing masterclasses to inspire young artists with the UT Butler School of Music, and then coming back to perform as a solo artist once she reached the pinnacle of success. Her character studies and research, marketing skills to optimize her career trajectory, and networking, made her successful in her prior industry. She has been interviewed extensively by news networks, performed on the world’s best stages, promoted funding for the arts, and participated in a plethora of outreach at schools, penitentiaries, and underserved communities. She has spearheaded fundraisers and offered her voice to raise money and awareness for a variety of causes dear to her heart. This rich background has given her insight into so much more than the standard agent.
